I have a 6730b laptop and I installed a BIOS password, but I no longer remember it. How can I clear it?

You can remove your BIOS password by using the Motherboard Jumper that can clear all CMOS settings along with the BIOS password. The jumper should be located next to your CMOS battery, but I suggest you check your motherboard manual in order to locate it. Once you find it, follow the steps from the HP article and the password will be removed. Also, you can remove the password, by using BIOS/CMOS Password Recovery Tool provided by PasswordSoft.
